After a day in the mountains, out on the motorbike or exploring by bicycle, there’s nothing better than taking some time to unwind. At the Gasthof zur Sonne, there are plenty of ways to relax – from the sauna and infrared cabin to cosy spots in the garden and the gentle sound of the stream.

Warmth. Peace. Pure relaxation.

The Finnish sauna is perfect for a proper sweat, while the infrared cabin provides soothing deep warmth for moments of complete relaxation. Just what you need to switch off and leave everyday life behind for a while. We heat the sauna for our guests whenever they wish – and it can also be enjoyed privately on request. A selection of aromatic oils is available for the sauna infusion, creating an especially relaxing atmosphere. For a refreshing cool-down after the sauna, there’s also a bucket shower.
